Who's eligible?
Athletes
Eligible Team Riders include dragon boat, outrigger canoe (OC), and stand-up paddle (SUP) athletes who train and compete regularly. Whether racing locally or internationally, we’re looking for paddlers committed to continual progress and performance.
Coaches
Eligible coaches include those supporting athletes and teams across dragon boat, OC, and SUP. We welcome coaches who are passionate about developing paddlers and helping grow the sport within their communities.
Club & Community Leaders
Eligible applicants include club captains, organisers, community leaders, and individuals who play an active role in bringing paddlers together and strengthening the sport.
Paddling Advocates
Eligible Team Riders include passionate paddlers who consistently show up for the sport and inspire others through their commitment, mindset, and presence within the community.
Content Creators
Eligible creators include those who document and share the paddling lifestyle through training, racing, education, storytelling, or community-building content.
Early Adopters & Innovators
Eligible applicants are excited by the future of paddling and want to play an active role in testing, refining, and helping shape better training experiences for athletes.
